Sizes are chosen using engineering calculations, which can be painted using silver epoxy paint because it is visually appealing and suitable for urban environments.
This system involves two pulleys, one at the top of the pole and another at the base of the flag and tow wire, allowing the flag to be hoisted up the pole. In many parts of Iran, even in the villages, there is a flag, which is the symbol of that region or a national or religious event.

Installing flag tower
The flag tower can be welded on its base or screws can be used (the screws are 25 to 80 cm, which depends on the pole height and weight). The flag tower is placed in a channel made of concrete and reinforcement rebars so that it has enough strength and does not deform or fall in adverse weather conditions. The grade of concrete used for the the flag tower is 350 to ensure sufficient strength.
